The Leica X1 and Learning to See

This last month I have been busy learning how to use the Leica X1. The X1 has a fixed lens that approximates the human eye and a funny little viewfinder that one looks through to frame the scene. So no interchangeable lenses and no zoom! One might be tempted to ask 'why'? Because less is more. No deciding where to zoom to (use the legs) and no time consuming lens changes... Eventually, and thats part of my learning process, one sees the way the camera will see. And here is what I saw....
